This includes, but is not limited to, respectful behavior towards all participants and good and proper sportsmanship and conduct. I recognize that the failure to follow these rules could result in my termination from this volunteer position, and any violations of these rules will be up to the discretion of the owner of Chase Community Ventures.
	I understand and recognize the risk for participation in any physical activity. I accept that I will not under any circumstances hold Chase Community Ventures liable for any injuries received during participation in the Summer 2022 Basketball League.
